The first, and now very popular, Bulgarian television series Glass House /Стъклен дом/ was shot in the offices of  Mall of Sofia’s management. Bates were project managers and co-designers of the offices during the fit-out works. Bates are also co-designers and project managers of the new bTV headquarters, which are currently under construction.
