We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first H&M store in Bulgaria. It opened on 10^th March on 2400 sq.m. in The Mall – the biggest shopping centre in the country. Bates were appointed by the owners from Assos Capital as designers (design adaptation and full working stage design in all specialities), as well as project and cost managers. The project was completed on time, within the assigned budget and with excellent quality.
