The second part of the year 2016 came with a new accomplishment. Bates International completed one more floor for Microsoft teams in City Gate South Tower, Bucharest.

Going forward with the design language, making office environments more friendly, timeless but at the same time fully functional, not subject to trend, both in look and performance, Bates successfully completed investing in coworking business for another 850 sq.m of office space, acting as designer (in collaboration with A7 Аrchitectura) for architectural design and project manager for Microsoft.

One of the most important aspects of project management is delivering business value to the client and thus Bates is very proud to have provided to Microsoft more than 4500 sq.m of office space since 2014 and up to now, meeting all the time, cost and quality requirements and strengthening this lasting partnership for further top class collaboration.
