BATES is engaged as cost consultant for the Belgrade Waterfront, a massive complex rising in the very heart of the old part of Belgrade.

This complex will contain office space, residential community, civic attractions and open areas, and one the main tasks is the provision of the infrastructure that will meet the needs of BW, but also create good connections with other parts of the city.

Our services include cost management for the road network and other infrastructure works within complex, and we are expecting other projects in the pipeline as well.
