After successful delivery of the first task, Bates is engaged to provide further Cost management services for the Belgrade Waterfront project.

Current scope include Cost Management services for the biggest shopping mall in the Region, luxury Residential building and High-rise Residential building and the 5* Hotel

 

 

The whole complex once completed will compromise office space, residential community, high end Hotel, retail centers, civic attractions and open areas, which should present future landmark of the city.
