Bates is engaged as a Cost Consultant for the BW residential buildings on plots 15, 12b, 21b, and an office building on plot 6. as well as continuation of infrastructure projects of whole development.

Our services include full pre-contract Cost Management services for the plots mentioned above, including tender reconciliation in construction stage.
