We have completed the reconfiguration of Retail Park Varna into a new modern shopping centre with focus on household items for our long term client Bluehouse Capital. Following the exit of Picadilly and later on – Praktiker, Bates designed and managed the introduction of a series of new stores such as Decathlon, Ikea, Dominico, Jysk and Zora. Robust tenant coordination, management of Landlord’s own contractor and supervisor ensured timely meeting the deadlines and the budget limitations. In the course of this reconfiguration we have provided the split into new retail units, with all required engineering systems and compliance to the current fire safety requirements.
