Bates worked in Romania yet before year 2004 when the company was incorporated under Romanian law. The company has rapidly developed on the local market based on Client satisfaction demand. We are currently 12 experienced specialists and more than 30 engineers working with us on contract basis including HVAC engineers, WS engineers, electrical engineers, licensed valuators as well as specialists with expertise in fields such as geodesy, geology, environment, fire safety and fuel technology.

As BATES Romania worked for clients with requirements throughout the whole country and neighbouring Moldova, we maintain excellent network of associates in all major cities of the country. Our services package ranges from full design including preliminary and standard detailed design to all construction management related services including permitting coordination, design management, tendering and project procurement to site supervision, cost planning and control, project commissioning and project closeout.

Our team has extensive local experience, with management stuff active for more than 10 years. Individual project elements of up to 10 million euros have been completed within this time and three country offices have been established for a market leader in this sector within the last 6 years. Working professional links have been established with many of the major international and local organisations operating in the Romanian market and with a selection of financing and secondary market institutions on a unique transaction basis.

The prime activities have been focused on the fast growing service sector for design and construction project management as well as cost control within the Romanian market. BATES is seeking to build on the wide experience of the company’s management team. Other activities have been incorporated to satisfy new and diverse but interrelated requests for investors and founders services such as pre-construction support, lenders supervision, real estate management and other key skills.
