Bates was assigned to provide Consultancy Services regarding Construction Monitoring, as following: submit a detailed opinion of following review of technical documentation provided by the vendor of the projects upon which the monitoring exercise is being undertaken, submit Monitoring Report  based on weekly visits in order to monitor the progress of works and checking documentation for operational permits, provide additional assistance in reviewing documentation as the vendor makes it available and provide clarification of  the documentation where required. The complex was 34.000 sqm in total.
