BATES is proud to announce that we are engaged as supervision and cost control company for the UŠĆE Tower 2, the new iconic Belgrade project. The building will be over 100 meters tall and will spread over 20 floors. The new building is to be built at the site of the existing garage next to Nikola Tesla Boulevard. Building will comprise of over 50.000 m2 GBA and is intended as   office space. Opening of the building is planned for early 2020.
