In 2025, our Bates team trip took us on an unforgettable three-day exploration of the magical Adriatic islands – Cres and Lošinj, ending on the historic island of Krk.

Cres, one of the largest Adriatic islands, is a true paradise for nature lovers – a vibrant place with a rich Venetian heritage, where the local language and culture blend the spirit of the Mediterranean with the authenticity of coastal life.
After a short break, we continued across the island to Osor. Surrounded by the remnants of ancient walls, early Christian basilicas, and contemporary artworks, we felt the spirit of centuries past with every step.

Our adventure continued with a visit to the island of Mali Lošinj, where we strolled through the fragrant island garden, tasted local specialties, and toured the Museum of Apoxyomenos.
Another Adriatic gem, Krk, impressed us with its landmarks: the Cathedral, the Frankopan Castle, the Church of St. Quirinus, and other historic sites.

Our journey through the Adriatic was more than just a field trip – it was an opportunity to reconnect, enjoy nature and culture, and strengthen the bonds that make us a stronger team. At BATES, these shared memories are the foundation that drives us toward new challenges and future adventures.
