Construction of four photovoltaic power plants with total power 20MW in Bulgaria.Bates acted as a design subcontractor under BIOSAR Greece and was responsible for the development, adaptation and authorization of the detailed design in compliance with the Bulgarian law. During the construction Bates carried out authorship supervision of the execution of the construction works.
