Hotel Maestral is a 4* hotel located on the Montenegro coast, a few kilometers away from Budva, on the island Sveti Stefan. The location is well-known for its luxurious hotels, often visited by celebrities. In June 2010 the owner of the hotel decided to extend it – the extension included additional 3.000 sqm to the hotel premises – 22 rooms and 9 suits of the highest category. BATES was appointed to provide the project and cost management services, as well as site supervision. Project was completed in 2011.
