Serbian company Delta Holding built a luxurious 5* hotel in Slovenia, on over 25,000 square meters of surface, on over 20 floors. Hotel Inter Continental Ljubljana represents an investment worth €50 million. With 165 rooms, a restaurant on the 20th floor and a spa center on the 18th floor, it is the only five-star hotel in Ljubljana and also the city’s tallest building. BATES was appointed as Cost Manager for the project. Project was completed  in September 2017.
