The project included the construction of two new buildings with total gross build-up area 39.000 sq.m, forecourt networks, roads and facilities. The main building comprises a production area, storage areas, a power plant and an office area with service rooms and cafeteria. Specific installations related to the production were designed and executed. The second building serves as a co-generation power plant. Bates was assigned for the development of the preliminary and the detailed design and performed as a project manager during the construction. Project duration was approximately 2 years.
