As part of the tenant fit out of Building 2 and Building 3 in Garitage Park, Sofia, a photovoltaic installation for own consumption with total power   was installed.

Bates was the project manager, cost manager and design coordinator for the entire project carried out between 2018 and 2021 – 27,000 sq.m. with 2,300 workplaces – the largest office in Bulgaria.
