Bates was appointed to provide Fire protection and Environmental studies, as well as part of MEP  Design for the planed factory of Vorwerk AutoTec and Eldisy. The business complex is in total app. 41.500 sqm, of wich app. 18.000 sqm is area for the production facilities and 3.000 sqm for the administration of Vorwerk AutoTec. The entire parcel is 142 acres located in Čačak, Serbia.
This project is planed to be finnished in 2019.
