BATES is engaged to support development and reconstruction of Avala Film Complex, in Belgrade, Serbia.
This project spreads on more than 80.450 sq.m of plot area, and covers construction of 5 new stages with production support and technical areas, reconstruction of one existing stage, construction of office and administration buildings as well as mill, refuse and central plant with complete landscape and utilities.
Construction of Avala Film Complex is important factor for resuscitation of Serbian film industry.
Our team provided Concept Cost Estimate, and currently design is in progress.
