BATES provided project development for EKO’s new office building in Belgrade, specifically; Cost Control, Site Supervision, Including Design and Permitting. Total project area is 5.000 sq.m. Our services were finished in 2007.

We have also provided additional design services for the office space and

kitchen refurbishment in 2018.
