BATES is proud to participate in the prestigious Big Fashion Park project – a comprehensive development located in a growing part of the city. Covering an area of 55,000 m², Big Fashion Park includes high-standard residential buildings with all necessary parking spaces, as well as spacious and accessible commercial areas. This well-balanced mix of residential, retail, and business facilities is designed to meet the diverse needs of the local community.

BATES is providing site supervision services, combined with cost management and partial project management services. Cost management services began in 2023/2024, while site supervision is scheduled to start this month, in June 2025.

Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout all phases of implementation. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the estimated duration of the construction phase being 32 months.
