In 2008 BATES was hired to provide design services required for the remodeling of the general areas of Hyatt hotel, located in New Belgrade, Serbia.The scope of our services is quite vast – we were handling overall project management – being on site on daily basis, monitoring the construction process, interacting with all involved parties – the Client, the designers, the hotel operator; coordinating the designs; cost management.
