BATES was appointed by Tornado to perform cash flow control on residential complex in Škaljari, total area cof app. 12.000 s.qm.  Our job consisted of cash-flow, construction and cost time schedule monitoring and Cost Management, and delivering monthly report to Investor, together with photo report.  This project is completed.
