Bates is appointed to work on the biggest and most prestigious project in Muscat, Oman; Athaiba Development. Bates is inviolved as Project Manager, at this point providing Design Management, Cost Management and Value Engineering Services. The project is compromised of Office buildings and Retail, Hotel, Residential and Serviced apartments as well as a Family Entertainment Centre. The project is developed by Lead Designer Benoy on a 200.000 sqm as the first phase of the project. The project is currently in the Schematic Design Stage.
