BATES is engaged as a Cost Consultant for the Belgrade Waterfront Galerija Shopping mall. The Galerija is located in the heart of the city, and will be a regional landmark, comprising more than 300.000 sqm Built-Up Area, (BUA).  The development combines various commercial functions: premier retail sales and entertainment areas, restaurants, playgrounds, cinema, etc.  The shopping mall also includes around 3.600 parking places located in underground and deck garage spaces.  The retail spaces are linked to the public areas that open up into the Sava Promenade, giving direct access to the waterfront.  The entire development features green spaces as well as sports and entertainment areas.

The building is currently under construction. Completion of works is scheduled for the beginning of 2020.

Our services have included providing Pretender Estimate, evaluation of Tender process and Value Engineering as well as Tender evaluation process for Vertical Transportation and ETFE Roof. In collaboration with Gleeds our team has also developed a BoQ according to POMI and RICS standards.
