BATES is engaged as Cost Consultant for the BW mix use complex on Plot 23, on approximately 27.000 sq.m. This complex is set in vibrant area of the
Masterplan, in close proximity to river, embankment and iconic BW building – Kula. It is well grounded, and blends with its context and appropriately responds to its surroundings.
General direction adopted in designing this project should follow a modern residential design typology, reflecting an ambitious and modern lifestyle as well as flexible workspace that follows current trends in office environment design, providing ambitious and synergetic opportunities.
