Bates is engaged as cost consultant for the W Hotel Belgrade and The Residences at W Belgrade as the first hospitality project to form part of the Belgrade Waterfront. It is ideally situated in a prime waterfront location near the River Sava, and next to the first two BW Residences residential towers. Project compromise Hotel and Branded apartments.

The 60 meters high-rise building will feature 120 stylish guest rooms and suites. The hotel will also offer an all-day dining venue, a destination bar and W Living Room, where guests can mix and mingle. Other facilities include Away® Spa, FIT® state-of-the-art fitness facility and a glamorous WET® pool deck and bar. W Belgrade will feature ultra-modern meeting and event space.
