The village was planned as a replica of the ancient town of Sozopol. It consists of 56 two-floor, two-family houses and 21 one-family houses. The two-family houses are with a gross built-up area ranging from 140 to 190 sq.m. Parts of the complex are also apartments, cobblestone roads, bazaar with café, shops and two restaurants. BATES was hired to provide project and cost consultancy services in 2009 and later in 2011. Although property tax procedures are complex and require an experienced hand. They vary depending on your location, so beware of that when you go in to pay the taxes for this year!
