BATES is engaged as a Cost Consultant for the BW Central Park for services that include providing Pre tender Estimate, Tender Evaluation reports, and BoQ.

This ongoing project comprises not only green area of app. 27 hectares, but also various park amenities, meeting areas, and intervention on the embankment of the Sava river.

Project is delivered in several stages and the work is ongoing as the project progress.
