BATES was engaged as Cost Consultant for the infrastructural projects on Belgrade Waterfront development. The entire infrastructure project is split into multiple sets, and our services for the “Yellow Roads” project have included providing Pretender Estimate, and Analysis of received tender offers.

Utilities included in this project are Potable water supply (primary and secondary distribution network), Irrigation network, Storm water network (primary and secondary), Foul water network, District heating network, Gas network, Electrical network with lighting, Telecom network, Traffic signalling network, Landscape and greenery.

The services were delivered in 2018.
