BATES was engaged as a Cost Consultant for the Belgrade Waterfront residential building on plot 08b of BUA 14.500 sq.m. The building is located close to the Old Sava bridge, with the internal courtyard, forming an ambience barrier towards the bridge. Total height of the building is 20m from ground level.

Our services included providing a Cost plan, Concept Cost Estimate, evaluation of Tender process and exploring Value Engineering options.

Plot 08b is envisioned as a part of a wider development that has a contemporary / modern architectural style. Imperative for the design of residential units, of this development project, is flexibility, efficient layout, openness, transparency, spatial fluidity and prominent views, which results in comfortable and enjoyable space organisation.
