BATES is engaged as Cost Consultant as well as Engineer on Site for the BW residential building on plot 12a of approximately 7.500 sq.m, and BUA 46.000 sq.m . This plot is located close to the Old Sava Bridge. Maximum Allowable GFA is 31.195 sq.m with the occupancy of 70% of the total disposable area. Total height regulation for this plot is 60m, from the ground level, excluding the basement.
Plot 12a is envisioned as a part of a wider development that has a contemporary / modern architectural style. Imperative for the design of residential units is flexibility, efficient layout, openness, transparency, spatial fluidity and prominent views, which results in comfortable and enjoyable space organization.
In 2020 Client appointed BATES as FIDIC Engineer on the project, providing full Supervision Services. This project is currently in the construction phase planned to be completed toward the end of 2021.
