BATES is engaged as Cost Consultant for the Belgrade Waterfront residential building on plot 17a of approximately 30.000 sq.m BUA. The building is located in the centre of Belgrade Waterfront and the future complex will overlook the BW Central Park.

Our services have included providing a Cost plan and Concept Cost Estimate.

Design intent is to provide unique architecture, organic city feel and international character. The building is envisioned to reflect the ambience of European city centre and contemporary expression for residential building next to the river. The plot which is located in the first row from the river, is considered to have a premium location with river views, and inner courtyard. Residential building with the height of 60m, is designed to accommodate high end residential units.
