BATES is engaged as a cost consultant for the Vida Hotel and The Residences. It is ideally situated in a prime waterfront location near the River Sava, and next to the Gazela Bridge, Galerija shopping center, and Kula Belgrade. The 80 meters-high-rise building will feature 114 stylish guest rooms and suites and 259 apartments. The hotel will also offer a lounge area on the Ground floor, Spa and Pool, GYM, meeting rooms, and a restaurant.

Vida Hotel will have more than 40.000 sq.m. and due to its excellent position in the city structure, it will provide superior views of the town surrounding.
