BATES is also engaged as cost consultant for the BW residential building  complex on plot 21b of app. 50.000 sqm. Total height of building is 80m from ground level, excluding basement.

Plot 21b is residential product, targeting family-oriented
customers. General unit guiding principles of a modern
architecture typology such as flexibility, modularity, efficient
layout openness, transparency, spatial fluidity and prominent
views were imperative for the design which as a result presents comfortable and enjoyable space organization.
