BATES provided the Cost Management services in the tender stage, as well as the Pre-tender Estimate for the reconstruction of Belgrade’s famous hotel – Bristol. The project management comprises site supervision and FIDIC engineering services related to the refurbishment of the hotel. The scope is divided into individual project packages, separate for the demolition works, structural strengthening, and the roof and façade works while the main works will be contracted accordingly. The hotel Bristol spreads over approximately 14.000 sq.m., and it is an anthological example of modern architecture in Belgrade and it represents the pinnacle of the secession architecture in the city. This building is one of the most famous landmarks of Belgrade, and it was declared a cultural monument in 1987.
