Bates is engaged as Cost Consultant for the BW office building  complex on plot 06, which has approximately 30.000 sq.m. This plot is located close to the Old Sava bridge.

Design of this building is inspired by modern business buildings, and their primary characteristics, as well as with some investors preferences. Attention was paid to the existing buildings, environment, and internal courtyard, formed as a barrier from the crowded streets.

Our services included providing a Cost plan, Cost Estimate on Concept, Schematic and Detailed design level, as well exploring Value Engineering options. We are preparing Pretender estimate, Tender documents and running Tender procedure together with client, up to Award Memo for the Main Contractor and all Provisional Works. Scope also include tender reconciliation.
