In the beginning of 2013 Bates was hired to provide the project management services for a new Hyatt hotel located in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Our services include overall project management interacting with all involved parties – the Client, which is a state owned organisation working according to its stringent procurement rules, the hotel operator, the design team, and the contractor/s. Together with the client the project manager has carried out the procurement of all required parties to be involved in the project and is coordinating the design work with the main designer and the specialist consultants.

We have a resident engineer on site, monitoring the construction process and providing technical guidance and quality control on a daily basis.
