This project is planned to be the biggest leisure development in Montenegro.

From 2013, we were involved in the phase One, which consists of 10 houses. Phase Two, including marina, golf terrain and 20 new buildings started in 2014. First phase was completed in 2015.

BATES is handling technical site supervision in Luštica. It is announced that Luštica Bay will feature: 7 hotels, over 500 residential villas and townhouses, over 1,000 apartments, more than 500 villas and townhouses, 2 marinas with mooring and docking support facilities, a Gary Player-designed signature 18hole golf course, spas and wellness centres, conference centre and year-round amenities including shops, an international school and medical facilities.

Lately, BATES was appointed to deliver Concept design of WWTP Luštica Bay. Devlopment of  690-hectares a fully-integrated, new town in Montenegro with a state-of-the-art infrastructure. It is planned to build these WWTPs in five phases, from 2016 until 2040. BATES also provided preliminary cost analysis.

We are constantly present in this project, especially in the work related to supervision of Marina works.
