BATES was appointed as Site Supervisor for the NCR building in New Belgrade. This project spreads on over 57.000 sq.m and has 2 underground and 8 above ground stories. Ground floor area is envisioned as commercial/business area, while 7 upper floors will be exclusively business area, with technical rooms in loft. This project is currently under construction, and it is planned to be finished in late 2020.
